Guinn Terrell Williams Jr. (26. April 1899 – 6. Juni 1962) war ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler, der in unvergesslichen Western wie Dodge City (1939), Santa Fe Trail (1940) und The Comancheros (1961) mitwirkte. Er trug den Spitznamen „Big Boy“, da er 1,88 m groß war und durch jahrelange Arbeit auf Ranches sowie als Halbprofi- und Profi-Baseballspieler einen muskulösen Körperbau hatte. Williams gab sein Filmdebüt 1919 in der Komödie „Almost A Husband“ mit Will Rogers und Cullen Landis und spielte zehn Jahre später eine größere Nebenrolle in Frank Borzages „Lucky Star“ mit Janet Gaynor und Charles Farrell. In den 1920er-Jahren folgten eine Reihe erfolgreicher Filme mit Williams, hauptsächlich Western. Anschließend spielte er in „The Great Meadow“ an der Seite von Johnny Mack Brown, Browns Durchbruchfilm. In den 1930er-Jahren übernahm Williams Nebenrollen, vorwiegend in Western, Sportfilmen oder Freilichtdramen. Obwohl er nie die Hauptrolle spielte, war er stets engagiert und als Nebendarsteller erfolgreich. In dieser Zeit spielte er oft an der Seite von Hoot Gibson und Harry Carey. 1941 wurde er von Universal Pictures für die große Filmreihe „Riders of Death“ engagiert. Valley. Von Ende der 1930er bis Mitte der 1940er Jahre spielte Williams Nebenrollen in einer Reihe von A-Filmen, teilweise auch mit prominenter Nennung im Abspann, wie beispielsweise in „Man lebt nur einmal“ und in Columbias erstem Technicolor-Film „Die Desperados“ (1943). Häufig war Williams an der Seite von Alan Hale Sr. als Sidekick von Errol Flynn in mehreren seiner Filme zu sehen. 1960 wirkte er in dem Monumentalfilm „Alamo“ und in „Home from the Hill“ mit Robert Mitchum mit. Seine letzte Rolle spielte er an der Seite seines engen Freundes John Wayne und Stuart Whitman in „Die Comancheros“.
