Richard Ayoade (* 23. Mai 1977) ist ein britischer Schauspieler, Komiker, Autor, Filmemacher und Synchronsprecher, der für seinen trockenen Humor und seinen scharfen Witz bekannt ist. Er erlangte Berühmtheit durch seine Rolle als Maurice Moss in der Sitcom „The IT Crowd“, lieh Tyrannis in Dan Harmons Animationsserie „Krapopolis“ seine Stimme und führte Regie bei Filmen wie „Submarine“ (2010) und „The Double“ (2013). Neben Film und Fernsehen moderierte er Sendungen wie „Travel Man“ und „The Crystal Maze“ und war Teilnehmer der Comedy-Wettbewerbsshow „Last One Laughing UK“.
