Frank Harper (* 1962) ist ein britischer Schauspieler und Filmproduzent. Er ist vor allem für seine „Hard Man“-Rollen bekannt, darunter Billy Bright in The Football Factory (2004), Dog in Lock, Stock und Two Smoking Barrels (1998). Er tritt als weißer Nationalist in South West 9 und als Bankräuber in Harry Enfields Film Kevin & Perry geht groß. Er war im Musikvideo „Fit But You Know It“ von The Streets zu sehen und wurde in „Rise of the Foot Soldier“ als echter Bösewicht Jack Whomes besetzt. Im Laufe seiner Karriere trat Harper auch in vielen britischen Fernsehsendungen auf, darunter The Bill, Doctors, Lovejoy und Waking the Dead. Harper ist ein begeisterter Millwall F.C. Ventilator.[1] Er hat zugegeben, an gelegentlichem Fußballrowdytum teilgenommen zu haben, und wurde für Cass Pennants Buch „Terrace Legends“ interviewt.
