Anirudh Kuchibhotla is an upcoming Hyderabad-born filmmaker, writer, and multidisciplinary artist working across Telugu and Hindi. With an academic journey through Delhi, his filmmaking is rooted in the collision of the familiar and the strange, exploring stories that sit between absurdism, dark comedy, psychological unease, and human vulnerability. Working across disciplines of writing, directing, editing, colour, sound design, and music, Anirudh approaches filmmaking as a singular creative language, where image, performance, rhythm, and sound are equally narrative. His work gravitates towards unconventional forms and flawed characters, often finding humour, discomfort, and poetry in the contradictions of everyday life.
