El mundo de Leland (2003)
Narra la historia de Leland (Ryan Gosling), un joven de 15 años encarcelado un centro de detención juvenil tras asesinar a un niño autista. Allí dentro, un profesor de color (Don Cheadle) tratará de desvelar los misterios que se esconden detrás del comportamiento del chico, mientras fuera se suceden los tumultuosos cambios que afectan a la familia de Leland y a la comunidad en la que vive.
