Finalizada la guerra de Corea, un combatiente norteamericano vuelve a su hogar para encontrarse con que su familia ha sido asesinada por un grupo de delincuentes mexicanos. Película considerada una de las mejores dentro del cine sobre la venganza, es además uno de los filmes preferidos del realizador Quentin Tarantino.
