Jerry Calamidad (1964)
Un famoso cómico muere en un accidente de aviación y su equipo de producción, se queda sin su gallina de los huevos de oro. Reunidos en la habitación de un lujoso hotel, el productor, los agentes y la secretaria, más preocupados por el desolador panorama de sus carreras que por la muerte de su estrella, deciden buscar a alguien para que ocupe su lugar y convertirlo en el nuevo y fulgurante rostro de la televisión. En ese instante aparece tras la puerta de la habitación un torpísimo botones, Stanley Belt, quien parece tener potencial.
