Jake Speed: La aventura de África (1986)
Jake Speed (Wayne Crawford) es el personaje principal de algunas de las novelas más trepidantes de los años 40. Una figura de acción heroica y de rasgos marcados, Speed salva vidas en el papel, pero cuando una joven es secuestrada y su hermana (Karen Kopins) le suplica ayuda al Speed de la vida real, él debe encontrar la manera de ser tan valiente como el héroe literario cuya creación ha inspirado. Acompañado por la hermana de la víctima, Speed vuela a África para comprobar si está a la altura de la misión.
