Jean E. Smart (nacida el 13 de septiembre de 1951) es una actriz de cine, televisión y teatro estadounidense. Es conocida por sus papeles cómicos, uno de los más conocidos es su papel como Charlene Frazier Stillfield en la serie de la CBS Designing Women.
