Milagro (1988)
Dans un obscur village du Nouveau Mexique où la population dépérit lentement, Ladd Devine, un riche et ambitieux entrepreneur décide d'implanter un grand parc touristique. Le projet n'apportant ni argent, ni travail aux autochtones, la population s'insurge et détourne l'eau du chantier qui servira à irriguer les champs. La tension monte… Le gouverneur dépêche sur place Kyril Nontana, un policier aux méthodes musclées…
