Like Minds (2006)
Issu d'un milieu très privilégié, Alex Forbes est un brillant étudiant, pensionnaire dans l'école privée pour garçons que dirige son père. La vie de cet enfant gâté, charmeur et rebelle à ses heures change lorsqu'il se voit contraint de partager sa chambre avec Nigel Colbie, génie ténébreux entouré de mystère. Très vite, la mort se répand autour des deux adolescents. Et lorsque le nom de Nigel vient s'ajouter la liste des victimes, Alex est placé en garde à vue. Devant l'absence de preuves, l'inspecteur Martin McKenzie demande à Sally Rowe, une psychologue légale, de s'entretenir avec Alex afin de déterminer sa responsabilité dans la mort de Nigel. La jeune femme engage alors un éprouvant bras de fer psychologique avec Alex. A mesure qu'elle plonge dans un univers de secrets, de déviances et de manipulations psychiques, elle découvre que Nigel, de sa tombe, continue d'exercer un étrange pouvoir sur Alex.
