Les Lumières de Noël (2014)
Matt, le mari de Gina et le père de Sam et Drew, meurt le jour de Noël. Peu de temps après, Cathy, la femme de Michael et mère de Charlotte, Jack et Danny, meurt soudainement d’une tumeur au cerveau. La famille de Gina et celle de Michael se rapprochent alors pour essayer de surmonter leur douleur. Peu à peu, Gina et Michael commencent à tomber amoureux l’un de l’autre. Ils parlent même aux enfants de se marier. Mais les proches de Michael et leur communauté ne voient pas cette relation d’un bon œil. Michael prend alors ses distances, mais il revient finalement vers Gina durant le spectacle de Noël pour lui demander sa main.
