The Front Page (1931)
Hildy Johnson est une journaliste d'investigation à la recherche d'un salaire plus important. Lorsqu'un meurtrier accusé s'échappe de la garde à vue, Hildy voit une opportunité pour l'histoire de sa vie. Mais quand il trouve le criminel, il apprend que l'homme n'est peut-être pas coupable. Avec l'aide de son éditeur, Hildy tente de cacher le condamné, de découvrir le complot et d'écrire le scoop de sa carrière.
