En Avant la Musique (1940)
Jimmy dirige le petit orchestre de son école. Son rêve ? Devenir batteur du célèbre orchestre de Paul Whiteman qui organise chaque année un concours pour les musiciens amateurs. Avec l'aide de ses amis, Jimmy tente de réunir les fonds pour s'offrir le trajet jusqu'à Chicago.
