The King - Sur La Route Avec Le King (2018)
Quarante ans après la mort d’Elvis Presley, le nouveau film de Eugene Jarecki, deux fois vainqueur du Grand Jury de Sundance, emmène la King's Rolls-Royce de 1963 faire un voyage musical en Amérique. De Memphis à New York, Las Vegas et au-delà, le voyage retrace l’ascension et la chute d’Elvis en tant que métaphore du pays qu’il a laissé. Dans ce film novateur, Jarecki dresse un portrait visionnaire de l'état du rêve américain et un regard pénétrant sur l'enfer que nous avons eu ici. Un groupe diversifié d'Américains, célèbres et non, se joignent au voyage.
