Abbott REEVES est un génie fou, qui n'a qu'une seule ambition: DEVENIR LE MAÎTRE DU MONDE! A la tête d'un véritable empire industriel, il s'adjoint l'aide de brillants scientifiques, et mène à bien lui-même des expériences effrayantes sur les êtres humains. C'est ainsi qu'il donne naissance à un androïde, mi-homme, mi-robot, terrifiante machine à tuer, qu'il décide d'éliminer une fois son expérience réussie.
