À l'est de l'Europe, la Biélorussie est dirigée d'une main de fer par le dictateur Loukachenko. La population vit sous le joug d'un régime postsoviétique bafouant les droits humains. Avec beaucoup de courage, plusieurs opposants s'expriment pour dénoncer les crimes passés et présents d'un système rétrograde.
