Après la mort accidentelle de son père lors d'une course hippique, Corrie n'a qu'une idée en tête : embrasser la même carrière de jockey que lui. Passionnée par les chevaux et possédant un réel don pour communiquer avec eux, elle doit faire face aux réticences de sa mère. C'est alors que la jeune adolescente rencontre un cheval pas comme les autres...
