Le Professeur Foldingue (1996)
Sherman Klump enseigne la chimie dans une université californienne. Ce brillant chercheur, atteint d'une obésité prononcée, est en train de mettre la dernière main à une potion capable d'éliminer dans la seconde toutes les graisses superflues. Un premier rendez-vous dans un cabaret avec Carla Purty, une belle collègue nouvellement arrivée, tourne au drame par la faute d'un comique qui l'accable de quolibets. Ce fiasco renforce la détermination de Sherman à s'auto-administrer son produit miracle. L'expérience est un succès. Le professeur se transforme en un séducteur mince et arrogant et prend pour surnom « Buddy Love »…
