2 jours à Los Angeles (1996)
Tout commence par un contrat qu'acceptent un tueur à gages et son acolyte. Ce dernier apprend, très vite, que sa propre mort fait partie dudit contrat. Échappant de justesse au piège fatal dans lequel il a été attiré, il se réfugie dans une demeure luxueuse sur les collines. Le voici devenu malgré lui le kidnappeur de 2 otages : un insupportable vendeur d'art et sa fidèle secrétaire. Pour tout compliquer, débarquent la sœur du vendeur d'art et un écrivain, réalisateur suicidaire.
