Simples Secrets (1996)
Après des années de séparation, Bessie, atteinte d'une leucémie, appelle à son secours sa soeur cadette Lee. Cette dernière accourt en Floride avec ses deux fils, dont Hank, un petit délinquant. C'est lui qui, trouvant en sa tante une interlocutrice compréhensive, aidera les deux soeurs à renouer le dialogue et à s'entraider.
