Biographie:

George Wyner (né le 20 octobre 1945) est un acteur américain. Originaire de Boston et diplômé de l'Université de Syracuse, il travaille abondamment pour la télévision et le cinéma depuis 1972. Parmi ses rôles les plus marquants au cinéma, on peut citer celui du rabbin Nachtner dans le film des frères Coen, A Serious Man (2009), nommé aux Oscars, et celui du colonel Sandurz dans Spaceballs (1987) de Mel Brooks. Il a également joué dans To Be or Not to Be (1983), Fletch (1985), Fletch Lives (1989), L'Associé du diable (1997) et Trouble with the Curve (2012). George a fait des apparitions dans plus de 150 séries télévisées et a tenu des rôles réguliers dans neuf d'entre elles. Il est surtout connu pour avoir incarné le procureur adjoint Irwin Bernstein pendant six saisons dans Hill Street Blues (1981).
