Elle est révélée, au cinéma, par les longs métrages Le Saut périlleux (2004) et Candy (2006), signant des interprétations saluées par la critique. Elle poursuit et confirme avec Elizabeth : L'Âge d'or (2007), Une grande année (2006), Stop-Loss (2008) et Bright Star (2009).
