Ralph Nathaniel Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes (né le 22 décembre 1962) est un acteur, producteur de cinéma et réalisateur anglais. Depuis 1999, Fiennes est ambassadeur de l'UNICEF au Royaume-Uni. Interprète de Shakespeare, il a connu son premier succès sur scène au Royal National Theatre. Il a fait ses débuts au cinéma en incarnant Heathcliff dans Les Hauts de Hurlevent d'Emily Brontë. Interprète de Shakespeare réputé, il a connu son premier succès sur scène au Royal National Theatre. Son interprétation du criminel de guerre nazi Amon Göth dans La Liste de Schindler (1993) lui a valu des nominations pour l'Oscar du meilleur second rôle et le Golden Globe du meilleur second rôle, ainsi que le BAFTA du meilleur acteur dans un second rôle. Il a prêté sa voix à Ramsès dans Le Prince d'Égypte (1998). Fiennes est surtout connu pour son rôle dans la franchise cinématographique majeure Harry Potter (2005-2011), dans laquelle il incarne le méchant principal, Lord Voldemort. Dans la série James Bond, il incarne Gareth Mallory / M, à commencer par le film Skyfall de 2012. En 2011, Fiennes a fait ses débuts de réalisateur avec son adaptation cinématographique de la tragédie de Shakespeare Coriolanus, dans laquelle il a également joué le personnage principal. Fiennes a remporté un Tony Award pour son interprétation du prince Hamlet à Broadway.
