George Gaynes, né George Jongejans (16 mai 1917 à Helsinki, Grand-Duché de Finlande ; décédé le 15 février 2016 à North Bend, Washington), était un acteur américain. En Allemagne, il était surtout connu pour son rôle du commandant de police Eric Lassard, qu'il a interprété dans les sept films de la série comique à succès Police Academy.
