La fortuna si diverte (1950)
Un impiegato di grande magazzino vince 24 mila dollari messi in palio da un quiz radiofonico. Purtroppo il premio non viene assegnato in denaro, ma consiste in un'enorme quantità di oggetti il cui valore corrisponde all'ammontare della vincita. Il fisco però non vuole sentire ragioni e il poveretto si vede costretto a pagare le tasse sul montepremi con denaro liquido. Ma procurarsi settemila dollari in pochi giorni non è facile. E l'uomo finisce addirittura in carcere.
