La corsa più pazza del mondo 2 (1989)
La "Cannonball" è la corsa che annualmente si corre attraverso gli Stati Uniti e che ha il suo traguardo a Santa Monica. Vi si producono corridori e sportivi spericolati, ma anche coppie di gente assortita alla meglio, pronta ad affrontare peripezie di ogni genere. Vi partecipano un ciccione (Charlie), che guida l'auto per conto di un certo Leo, portandosi a bordo Tiffany, una biondina aspirante diva: due disinvolte ragazze (Meg e Margaret), un bizzarro inglese (Alec) che, contattato da un killer per conto di un creditore, finisce con il prenderselo in macchina come socio, per tentare la fortuna e dividersi fama e quattrini; una giornalista ed un operatore di una televisione: un napoletano (Valentino), che accoglie a bordo un noto poliziotto; due curiosi fratelli che, per fare i furbi, una parte del percorso la fanno in aereo.
