Passengers - Mistero ad alta quota (2008)
In seguito ad un orribile disastro aereo la giovane psicoterapeuta Claire Summers (Anne Hathaway) viene invitata dal suo mentore (Andre Braugher) ad offrire supporto psicologico alle uniche dieci persone sopravvissute all’incidente. L’incarico di Claire si complica ulteriormente quando conosce Eric (Patrick Wilson), uno dei passeggeri, che rifiuta il suo aiuto e sfrutta l’incidente per corteggiarla apertamente, mentre Claire cerca con tutte le sue forze di mantenere un distacco professionale. Nel frattempo, gli altri pazienti tentano di mettere a confronto quello che ricordano dell’incidente, ma i loro ricordi sembrano non corrispondere alle spiegazioni ufficiali rilasciate dalla linea aerea. Proprio quando nelle loro memorie inizia a riaffiorare il ricordo di un’esplosione in volo, i passeggeri cominciano a sparire misteriosamente e Claire sospetta che dietro alla loro scomparsa ci sia proprio la compagnia aerea.
