The Uninvited (2009)
Anna torna a casa dopo avere passato un lungo periodo in un ospedale psichiatrico dove è stata ricoverata a seguito della tragica morte della madre. La ragazza scopre che Rachel, l'ex infermiera della madre, si è trasferita nella casa di famiglia e si è fidanzata con il padre Steven. Poco dopo avere appreso la sconvolgente notizia, Anna viene contattata dal fantasma della madre che la mette in guardia riguardo alle malefiche intenzioni di Rachel. Insieme Anna e la sorella devono convincere il padre che la nuova fidanzata non è la persona che finge di essere, e quella che doveva essere un'allegra riunione di famiglia si trasforma in una micidiale lotta testamentaria tra figliastre e matrigna.
