E Johnny prese il fucile (1971)
Durante l'ultimo giorno della prima guerra mondiale un soldato diciannovenne viene colpito da una cannonata che lo riduce ad un tronco umano. Senza più braccia, gambe e col viso sfigurato il ragazzo chiede di essere ucciso o di essere esposto in un circo per mostrare alle persone la follia della guerra.
