L'investigatore Marlowe (1969)
Marlowe, alla ricerca di un giovanotto scomparso, incappa nella relazione tra una stella del cinema e un gangster. Messosi sulle tracce del ricattatore, Marlowe arriva in una clinica per subnormali, dove ritrova il cadavere del giovanotto. Più tardi scopre anche l'attrice nella casa del gangster, pure lui assassinato. Marlowe però è convinto dell'innocenza della donna...
