A causa della malattia di uno dei figli, una famiglia si vede costretta a trasferirsi in una casa vicino alla clinica dove il ragazzo ogni giorno deve essere sottoposto a chemioterapia. La casa é vecchia e non in ottime condizioni, ma lavorandoci sopra, pensano, ci si può adattare. Purtroppo per loro, però, ben presto si accorgeranno che in quella casa c'è qualcosa che non va, si renderanno conto, infatti, che é infestata da presenze non umane che non hanno alcuna intenzione di dividere la dimora con loro...
