Amori e disastri (1996)
Mel è felice con la bella moglie Nancy e il figlio neonato ma sente che gli manca qualcosa, vuole incontrare i suoi veri genitori, che non ha mai conosciuto, essendo stato adottato da piccolo da un'altra coppia. Tina, ex ballerina ora psicologa, lavora per l'agenzia che si era occupata dell'adozione di Mel ed ora ha il compito di riunirlo con i genitori, riprendere in video l'incontro e utilizzarlo per motivi di studio. Cosi Mel, Nancy, il bambino e Tina si mettono in viaggio verso le persone individuate, ma la ricerca si rivela più difficile del previsto.
