Pilgrim - Il fuggitivo (2000)
Sperduto nel deserto, Jack si risveglia senza la minima cognizione né della propria identità, né di come sia arrivato in quel luogo. In cerca di un rifugio, si aggira senza meta fra le dune giungendo fino all'abitazione di Vicky, un'artista che lo aiuta a recuperare frammenti di memoria. Alla fine l'uomo rammenta di essere entrato in possesso di una grossa somma di denaro della quale ha però perso le tracce: in realtà Jack è un gangster, e molti dei suoi ex sodali lo vogliono vedere morto...
