The Humbling (2014)
Simon Axler (Al Pacino) è un famoso attore di teatro, che cade in depressione e tenta il suicidio quando perde improvvisamente e inspiegabilmente il dono della recitazione. Nel tentativo di ritrovare la sua forza vitale, instaura una relazione con una donna omosessuale molto più giovane di lui (Greta Gerwig). In breve tempo la relazione tra i due genera il caos, specialmente quando persone che appartenevano al passato della coppia ricompaiono nelle loro vite.
