I fidanzati sconosciuti (1949)
Il commesso di un negozio di musica corrisponde con una sconosciuta fino al punto che tra i due nasce del tenero. Quando però il commesso scopre che la sua segreta corrispondente è la sua collega di negozio evita di andare all'appuntamento che questa gli ha fissato per lettera. Il lieto fine è peraltro solo rimandato. Remake musicale del delizioso "Scrivimi fermo posta "di Lubitsch (rifatto anche più di recente come "C'è posta per te"). Molto inferiore all'originale e piuttosot lezioso, ma con un paio di ottimi numeri con la Garland. Oltre a un vecchio, formidabile, commoventer Keaton, appare una bimbetta che è Liza Minnelli, figlia della Garland.
