Il drago invisibile (2016)
Alla morte dei genitori il piccolo Pete viene "adottato" da un enorme drago verde, che il bambino chiama Elliott in omaggio al cagnolino protagonista del suo libro di fiabe preferito. Da quel momento Pete ed Elliott si aggireranno insieme per le foreste del nordovest americano, nascondendosi agli occhi degli abitanti di una comunità di boscaioli grazie alla capacità di rendersi invisibili, che nel caso di Elliott non è solo metaforica. Ma la guardia forestale Grace, orfana di madre e figlia di un intagliatore che da decenni racconta ai bimbi del paese il suo incontro con un drago volante, si accorgerà di Pete e cercherà di portarlo verso la (cosiddetta) civiltà anche grazie all'intermediazione di Natalie, figlia dell'uomo che Grace non si decide a sposare.
