Blood & Wine (1996)
Alex Gates, commerciante di vini pregiati, ha raggiunto la mezza età e vive con la moglie alcolizzata e il figliastro. Sembrerebbe un uomo tranquillo ma in realtà è una canaglia. La sua amante è una splendida ragazza cubana, Gabriela, forse scelta solo perchè lavora in una villa in cui è custodita una favolosa collana che Alex vuole rubare insieme a Victor, un ambiguo ladruncolo. Ma le cose vanno storte e nell'incrocio di tradimenti e inganni tutto è dominato dal rosso... come il vino, come il sangue.
