Man Up - Un amore per caso (2015)
A 34 anni suonati, Nancy si ritrova ad essere una single, disillusa, cinica e soprattutto stanca della solita routine degli appuntamenti. Ha deciso: ha chiuso. Basta con quel circo che ormai conosce troppo bene. Per un caso fortuito, un brillante quarantenne dalla parlantina svelta, Jack (Simon Pegg), è convinto che lei sia il suo 'blind date'. In effetti, combacia tutto: il luogo, l'orario, e quel dettaglio per riconoscersi. Senza troppo pensare, Nancy coglie l'occasione, e finge di essere l'altra, dando vita ad un insolito appuntamento al buio, dove la persona sbagliata potrebbe diventare quella giusta. Jack non si accorge di nulla, e complice l'alcol, Londra e un'intesa immediata, si fa trascinare da una notte che scivola veloce, quel genere di serata in cui gli eventi s'incastrano come matrioske. Attenzione perché colpi di scena minacciano l'orizzonte. Incontri, scontri, vecchi amanti ed ex mogli trasformano una serata romantica in un'insolita giravolta di eventi elettrizzanti.
