Dopo la sua prematura morte, Eve Morgan, una donna ossessionata dal lavoro, viene trasformata in Paradiso in un angelo del Natale. Nonostante sia la peggior recluta tra gli angeli, le viene assegnato un caso da seguire. Mentre sulla Terra dovrà provvedere a risolvere più di un problema, inizierà a scoprire il vero significato del Natale e finirà per innamorarsi.
