Niente da nascondere (2005)
Tutto inizia dall'immagine di una strada, una mattina qualunque. L'inquadratura è fissa: qualche persona cammina, passa una bicicletta, un uomo esce di casa. Stop, rewind e inizia il mistero. L'immagine è quella di un videoregistratore: una coppia (Daniel Auteil e Juliette Binoche) trova sulla porta, come in Strade perdute di Lynch, misteriose cassette che ne ritraggono la vita privata. Poi arrivano inquietanti disegni, telefonate, strani avvertimenti e il segreto nascosto (caché) inizia ad emergere: l'infanzia del protagonista è tragicamente legata a quella di un algerino figlio dei domestici di casa. Ma il mistero resta tale, anzi si tramanda fra le nuove generazioni: i figli dei due uomini si incontrano mentre la macchina da presa, non vista (cachè), continua a riprendere.
