La notte di Halloween Billy e Mandy, insieme agli amici Irwin e Tenebra, sono in giro per le strade a proporre i loro dolcetti o scherzetti. Nel rientrare a casa dopo un incontro di scarso successo con Dracula, Mandy convince Irwin ad aprire uno strano portale che fa piombare sulla terra un esercito di caramelle guerriere, guidate da Bun Bun, un coniglio di marshmallow, che seminano il terrore nell'intero quartiere. Mandy finisce per essere trasportata e imprigionata nel mondo delle caramelle. Per salvare la città, Irwin, Hoss Delgado, Jeff, Scar e Fred Fredburger uniscono le loro forze e danno origine alla Gang Spaccagrugno, dando il via ad una battaglia senza regole ed esclusione di colpi contro il nuovo esercito di mostri di Ban Ban.
