Kate e Teddy, un fratello e una sorella, decidono di filmare di nascosto Babbo Natale, mettendosi in una situazione che la maggior parte dei bambini possono solo sognarsi. Dopo essersi appostati per sorprendere l'arrivo di Babbo Natale, si intrufolano nella sua slitta e provocano un incidente, rischiando di far saltare il Natale. Durante questa incredibile notte, Kate e Teddy, insieme a Babbo Natale (in una versione davvero inedita) e ai suoi elfi, devono salvare il Natale prima che sia troppo tardi.
