Cena per tre (2005)
La giovane J.J., redattrice di un noto settimanale di New York, è al settimo cielo: le è stato proposto di curare la prestigiosa rubrica di cucina, ma solo a patto che riesca a completare la stesura di un buon articolo entro due settimane. L'improrogabile scadenza, fissata per la vigilia di Natale, rischia di non venire rispettata a causa di una serie di sfortunati eventi: prima J.J. rompe con il fidanzato e in seguito deve affrontare l'inaspettata visita della madre, un' ex hippie difficilmente gestibile. Per cercare di salvare la situazione, la ragazza organizza un appuntamento fra la madre e Alex, il proprietario di un ristorante in cerca di pubblicità. Ma le cose non andranno come previsto...
