Basquiat (1996)
Jean-Michel Basquiat è un giovane artista di strada newyorkese. L’incontro con Andy Warhol lo proietta repentinamente nel sofisticato milieu delle gallerie d’arte di Soho; ma questo ambiente cinico e opportunista, non fa per Jean-Michel, che nonostante l’amore di Gina, la sua ragazza, cade preda di uno stato depressivo che si aggraverà con la scomparsa di Warhol e lo porterà - a soli 27 anni - a un’ultima, fatale overdose di eroina.
