Shining (1980)
L'aspirante scrittore Jack Torrance si trasferisce tra i monti per trovare il giusto isolamento che gli permetterà di completare il suo romanzo. L'uomo accetta quindi l'incarico di custode invernale di un enorme albergo tra le montagne, dove lo seguono la moglie e il figlioletto Danny, il quale possiede poteri paranormali che gli permettono di vedere nel passato e nel futuro.
