Down in the Valley (2005)
Ambientato nella San Fernando Valley, desolata landa attraversata da immense autostrade brulicanti di continue lunghe code di macchine, il film racconta la storia di un giovane folle che si innamora di una diciassettenne alla ricerca dell’amore a tutti i costi, in fuga dalla monotona vita di provincia e in continuo litigio con il padre, poliziotto apparentemente noncurante ma in realtà pieno di attenzioni verso i figli. Colpi di scena, sparatorie e un finale sdolcinato, condiscono l’improbabile storia d’amore.
