Scherzi del cuore (1998)
Paul e Hannah sono sposati da quarant'anni ma un episodio risalente a venticinque anni prima li manda in crisi. Non è che le loro figlie se la cavino meglio. Joanna si innamora di un ragazzo che la tiene a distanza perché sieropositivo. Meredith, regista teatrale, non sa più cos'è l'amore dopo che ha scoperto che un suo ex è omosessuale e sta morendo di Aids. Grace tradisce il marito con il sacerdote che deve celebrare l'anniversario di matrimonio di Paul e Hannah. Gli attori la fanno da padroni in un film la cui fine non è poi così lieta.
