In sua compagnia riviviamo i magici momenti in cui i primi cineasti cercavano di coinvolgere emotivamente gli spettatori facendoli piangere e ridere e, allo stesso tempo, cercavano e creavano un linguaggio nuovo. L'attore è particolarmente versato nell cosiddette "comiche" basate tutte sul ritmo, sugli inseguimenti dei poliziotti e sulle torte in faccia. Una via di mezzo tra Chaplin e Buster Keaton.
