Big Wedding (2013)
In The Wedding (precedentemente noto con il titolo Gently Down the Stream) De Niro interpreta Don Griffin, un padre di famiglia che decide, d'accordo con l'ex moglie Ellie (Diane Keaton), di fingere di stare ancora insieme per il bene del figlio adottivo (Ben Barnes), che si sta per sposare, dopo aver saputo che tra gli invitati al matrimonio ci sarà anche la madre biologica del ragazzo, una donna religiosissima e di vedute corte. Ma con un sacerdote come Robin Williams e una ex fidanzata come l'esplosiva Susan Sarandon la cerimonia rischierà di non andare come previsto.
